Speaking of being a huge nerd...super excitement! I found the knife I've been looking for for oh, nigh on 3 to 4 years now. I'm a semi-collector for those who don't know. I never knew the name of it, turns out it was used on Star Trek Nemesis. The knife is by Gil Hibben and is called "The Jackal." I've found a bunch of online stores that sell it, but they're all around 100 USD. Can't afford that for now, but soon! Or rather, after this exceptionally expensive section of my life!
So I've had a pretty worthless day. Sundays are really rather difficult. I think I've figured out why. I feel like I'm in the states. I generally watch Buffy and write letters and read stuff for my Baylor research for hours in my room. Then when I come out and Golina is speaking Russian, it's almost a shock to me. Weird.
I look forward to the weekends but they are indeed kinda difficult. The party last night was pretty cool though, and tomorrow it's back to the salt mines of class.
But, today is a holiday. Today marks the halfway point in my stay. Yes ladies and gents I've been here for 36+ days. Just 36 more to go. It's not that long, I'll be back soon. Feels like forever sometimes though.
