This week kinda stinks.
I had my first test yesterday. It went well, but I did spend all of Monday and Tuesday studying for it. I have another test on Friday, it's worth 25% of the grade in the class, and I'm burnt out on reading for the week.
This weekend is looking so great though. I have a book that I have to have read by Monday. And it's 300 pages long, so I'll spend a lot of time this weekend reading. BUT! The book is "Geeks: How two lost boys rode the internet out of Idaho." I would read this book for fun. It's all about the Geek Ascension. It deifies my class of people, and well, I'm all about that. There's a paricular definition of Geek that I like, and I'll share it here next time.
I miss the snow. It's snowed a couple of times in Tulsa and Norman since I've been back. Nothing but rain here. I miss skiing. It's been more than 4 years. Maybe 5-6. It's just about my favorite thing to do in the world. I have to live somewhere near good skiing mountains someday.
I've been talking to Lori recently on AIM. Not only did she give me one of the coolest compliments ever, she started talking about Spring Break. For once, ours is the same as most other schools, but I have no idea what I'm going to do. My Dad mentioned something about going on a trip, but I don't know, I'm being very expensive this year. My 21st birthday also falls over our Spring Break...so, basically, it had better be fun whatever I end up doing. Let me know what your plans are.
One more thing before I start to pay more attention. Sometimes I lose every ounce of faith I possess in the human race. It's thing like this (NSFW) that do it. In case you don't want to RTFA - Janet's boob is the most searched item on the internet, ever.
